Been using these guys for years Ryan is definitely the most skilled operator out there, I literally had a tanker rolled into a ditch on its side and Ryan was able to get rolled back up on its wheels without dragging it a inch to prevent from causing it more damage! Believe me that’s very common at all in the tow business!!

California Non Stop Towing was excellent! We were stranded for over 3 hours in a cold rainy evening and our AAA Road Services was not helpful at all. Two (2) AAA tow trucks would drive close by but they were simply driving away without taking the effort to communicate with us to explain the issue until I called AAA Road services, I had to asked for AAA Supervisor. The only excused AAA had was that their truck drives were not equipped to tow our SUV. I don't like to complain but this time, I had to met make sure AAA road services knew how upset, mad I was. The supervisor ordered what she calked and “outside their network tow services” I said whatever it takes to tow our vehicle and takes us home. California Non Stop Towing came to our rescue. We arrived safely at home with our vehicle thanks to our California Non Stop Towing driver. He was excellent!!!
Amazing service! Like, miracle workers. My car would not start. Battery seemed fine. Everything electric worked, it just wouldn’t turn over. Figured I’d need a tow to the closest dealership/service center. Without any type of roadside assistance, I just searched for the nearest towing service (with the best ratings). Found California NonStop Towing online. Filled out their online service request form. “Joe” (the dispatcher) reached out to me before I had a chance to close the browser window. We chatted a bit, and sussed-out that it was probably the starter. He suggested tapping it with a hammer to see if that might free-up a seized solenoid. Which I tried while awaiting the truck driver. When the driver (Morgan) arrived, he also tried tapping the starter whilst I tried starting the car. And, after about a minute of this, it worked! I made arrangements to have the starter replaced, and they only charged me for a jump start service ($150). If you find yourself in trouble on the side of the road in Sonoma County, you couldn’t possibly do better than CA NonStop Towing! Thank you!
Non stop towing transformed a potentially horrible experience into one that was pleasantly manageable. I returned to my car after a dentist appointment to find it wouldn’t start. I called this company for a tow to a mechanic and the dispatcher answered immediately and was so friendly and efficient! He was able to knowledgeably locate me after two prompts regarding near by stores. The tow truck arrived within 10 minutes and its driver, Mo, was also really friendly and asked if he might try starting the car before towing it to a mechanic. I gratefully agreed and was even more so when he immediately diagnosed the problem as a dead battery, retrieved his jumper cables and got the engine started! Even better, he recommended a battery store less than a mile away where I could have my old one replaced. Super customer service and prompt help from both the guys i interacted with making this a 10 star experience! So impressed with professional handling of the situation!!!
Dispatch was friendly, straightforward, and knew how to solve my unique problem. They were there within the allotted amount of time. Morgan the driver was professional and an expert in what he did he quickly was able to hook up my car and bring it to the destination. He then stuck around to make sure That I had everything I needed before he left. I highly recommend non stop towing.
Ok. If I could give more STARS I would. These guys are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I hit a huge pothole at night which nearly took out my front end. It took out my right passenger side tire immediately it was so violent! I was dispatched to CALIFORNIA NON STOP TOWING and I am so thankful I was. “JOE” called to check in, letting me know a truck was on its way.. he was very kind and so helpful asking me questions about my car! He genuinely cared about my safety as it was at night & being a female this was a good feeling. Truck arrived exactly when he said it would. “MO”, the driver immediately got to work. Being that my car was so low to the ground, he needed to put on the spare. He suggested I drive it in the parking lot to make sure the alignment was ok. and that he would follow me to the tire repair shop for drop off @ 9:30 pm to make sure I arrived there safely!!! Now.. if that isn’t TOP NOTCH SERVICE… I don’t know what is. This gesture made me feel 100% safe driving with Mo following me. These guys… are #1 … CALIFORNIA NON STOP TOWING… Thank You for keeping me safe!!!
